Muniba Mazari was born in Pakistan on 3 March 1987. She was a typical lady until the day came when life put challenges before her.

Muniba Mazari met with an accident while travelling. She got multiple fractures and her lower body got completely paralyzed. The doctors even claimed she couldn’t paint anymore that left her more devastated with despair that she couldn’t even do what she loved! 

Muniba Mazari’s Battle With Depression 

But, by compiling all her endeavours and inner resilience, this extraordinary fighter decided to give a strong comeback.

Muniba Mazari faced all the challenges that came along her way with positive hope. She even showed the dare of confronting her biggest dismay. She divorced her husband.

The stormy days had to bow down before her strong will leverage and confidence. She endorsed her destiny and the world recognized her.

Bright Days after Struggle

Presently, she is also known as the “Iron Lady Of Pakistan”. She is a Pakistani activist, anchor, artist, model, singer and motivational speaker. She even got the great opportunity to become National Ambassador for UN Women Pakistan.

We should take motivation from the Great Personalities like her who fought back depression with double efforts. I would like to conclude with her famous quote:

“I don’t know how my story will end, but nowhere in my text will you read I Gave Up”.

From her accomplishments in life, it could be assumed that she lived a glittering life but this talented youthful fighter encountered many challenges initially and even after getting distinguished globally.

Early life

Selena’s childhood was not easy. She had to go through financial problems. Moreover, her parents were divorced that impacted her mentally in the contour of frustration and animosity.

She recalled her mom doing three jobs throughout the day to deal with daily expenses.

Struggle 

 At 16 years, she decided to pursue her career in the Entertainment industry. She started getting tons of opportunities and became famous very soon with her talents. But, her struggle didn’t last here.

She got diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease in which the body sabotages its own cells. As a result, she endured depression and anxiety issues. But, she didn’t give up and resumed her battle.

She pet 7 dogs. It should be noted that keeping pets can alleviate depression. She visited therapy centres and got recovered.

Life after Depression

She was always open about her mental issues. She comprehended the necessity of coming forward to talk openly on such topics.

She asserted in one of her interviews that,” I found out I do suffer from mental health issues. And, honestly, that was such a relief,” she explained.

“I realized that there was a way to get help and to find people that you trust. I got on the right medication, and my life has been completely changed.”

Her story is inspirational and could guide depressed people on how to get out of it!
