Masala French Toast With Egg Full Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 3 Bread slices
- 4 Whole Eggs
- Cooking oil, or butter as required
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
- Salt, as per your taste
- Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon Black pepper powder
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 to 3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
How to cook?
In a bowl whisk eggs, add milk, add all the veggies and spices. Now take a slice of bread, dip into the egg batter from both the sides.
On a frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil, heat it up and then add the bread dipped in egg batter, pour some egg batter on top of it. Let it cook on medium flame.
Toss it on other side and cook for 5 mins until its slightly golden brown. You can cook this quicky and easy healthy breakfast recipe. Serve it up with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
